Three found under a rock along the trail to the west just past the first meadow. Forrest was prominently aspens and oaks. The specimen shown here had the most vibrant striping on the back, the other two appear to still be in the lead back phase and we're significantly smaller.
A "one off" , this bird happened to be located in the3 "Old Airfield" while I was visiting the park....an anomaly, its a species not usually seen in Ontario.
