While checking on the bluebird boxes, I also looked for anything in bloom.
Not many of flowers, but did find several interesting species to examine.
As dry as some summers have been in the past 27 years I have lived on this place, this is a spot that may still grow moss. I must "witch for water" there.

I was sure having some trouble focusing, so Rachel and I had to go walk around for just a bit -- ended up on this super muddy path, so we didn't stay out long!
