@kevinfaccenda i saw this one back in April 2021. Thought I had uploaded it here but must’ve forgot. Pretty sure this is a different individual from the one I posted recently. From what I remember it was up near the top of the ridge, whereas the more recent one was halfway down the side.

We were asked by local guides not to share the precise location of any photos from the trip since we were going to some private/secret/sacred locations throughout the week that see trespassers often. I figured it would be better to be overprotective rather than accidentally share something I shouldn't have, so I have edited the accuracy to cover most of the island.

Does anyone know what this thing is or how it formed?!! Mass of pine needles about 10inches at the widest point. Seems to be a habitat for tiny things like snails and freshwater shrimp and things like that. There were four or five of them. I’m so curious!!!
