Small Aristea found in marshy habitat alongside Drosera species & Disa racemosa. Leaves = terete, style = lobed and spathes = greenish with hyaline margins.

It might be this. I am taking the id from the Table Mountain Guide, and hoping like hell that it is a Wahlenbergia not Roella.
