Note yellow crown bordered by black with whitish eyebrow.

Note all white fur and black-tipped ears.

I don't have my field guides handy but this might be a Meadow Vole (M. pennsylvanicus).

Small individual, found under a small log near water. Notophthalmus found in the directly surrounding area but not other Ambystoma. Did find another A. laterale further away but within the same woods.

unsure of ID. Submitted to PARS. Possible eastern red-backed salamander.

Can someone please help me determine the difference between lead back morphs and valley and ridge salamanders? Both living under the same rocks...

D. fuscus hatchlings (a week or less since hatching) hanging out in the nursery excavation where I had been observing a female with eggs for several weeks.

Found in the backyard pond, at night. There was a total of four spotted.

Found surface active next to small creek
