Very cool observing 4 juvenile. bald eagles having a tussel over a large dead flatfish. 30 minutes or more of fine entertainment.

These Harlequin's have been using the raft the last several mornings. I have not seen the seals using it in a week. But I may be missing some haul-outs later in the day.

Observed a pair of Cooper's Hawk's coupling on Wednesday morning in this same location. Looks like we will have a nesting pair in the park again this year. Keeping eyes on a tree, near this observation that appears to be there new nest site.
